Shipping policy
All books will be sent out using express delivery services. In the UK we use a 24 hour courier service called APC Overnight. For international deliveries our default courier is DHL. Parcels will always be fully trackable and signed for upon receipt. Please avoid PO Boxes or contact us if you wish to send with Royal Mail as shipping terms may vary.
Deliveries to Europe with DHL are often within 3 days of despatch. Worldwide, deliveries can take longer but we would expect them to be no longer than within 3-7 days of despatch depending on your location. These times are only a guide. All deliveries will be fully trackable.
Delivery times are, however, subject to customs clearance, local services etc., which may affect estimated delivery. In case of any questions regarding delivery, please contact the delivery service.
It is our policy to replace books that are lost in the post. If you do not receive your delivery in the expected timeframe, please let us know.
Delivery to some countries has presented us with persistent problems, even when using tracked and signed for services. As a result we can only send books to Brazil, Mexico and other Central and South American countries at the risk of the recipient.
We currently are not able to deliver to Ukraine, Russia or Belarus.
We will not be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied by you. Please ensure that you enter full and accurate details of the delivery address, the postal/zip code and contact phone number. Please double-check the address carefully when placing your order and on the order notification; if you notice an error after placing an order, email us as soon as possible with the correct details. In the event that a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
Please note the customer is responsible for any applicable tax or import fees applicable when delivery is made. They must coordinate with the courier and local customs to settle any outstanding charges or risk the return of books and the cost of another shipping attempt.
