When you order from us, you buy under our terms & conditions, and by placing an order it is deemed that you have read and accepted these.
Personalisation Selections
Please note that once an order has been made we may start work on it immediately. Once work has started on a notebook unfortunately we are unlikely to be able to make any changes, so PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY AT CHECKOUT before payment.
Payment
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Amex.
All international deliveries, including to the EU, now have full customs declarations. Any import taxes, customs duties or fees must be paid for by the recipient. Customs policies vary from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for more information. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays and extend our quoted delivery time estimates.
The customer is responsible for any applicable tax or import fees applicable when delivery is made. They must coordinate with the courier and local customs to settle any outstanding charges or risk the return of books and the cost of another shipping attempt.
Acknowledgement of order
All orders receive an onscreen confirmation and, as soon as your order has gone through, you should get an order confirmation email from theindexbindery@gmail.com – please check your junk email folder and spam filter if it doesn’t arrive. You will also receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been sent.
